More specifically that would include, but is not limited to the following:
1.
Use market factors and personal experience to develop a standard pricing model for service work (hourly rates, minimums, material markup etc).
This might be a tiered system that varies for a one off customer, a repeat customer with several locations or a national service provider that sends us work on a regular basis.
2.
Use market factors and personal experience to develop a general reference guide for sign installation pricing.
Each installation situation will differ a bit so this would be a reference tool that would give our sales department a starting point for rough estimates.
3.
Develop a system of service reporting so that billing is accurate and timely.
4.
Be a reference point for our sales effort regarding sign construction and installation questions.
5.
Increase sales volume by expanding and cultivating our network of national sign company partners.
6.
Interact directly with local service customers referred to you by our sales department.
7.
Manage, support and schedule service and installation of new signage.
8.
Occasionally train and assist techs in the field during service or installation.
9.
Obtain required permits and variance applications.
10.
Train techs on proper use of equipment (cranes, lifts, etc) 11.
Train techs on proper use of safety equipment and enforce proper use.
12.
Act as a secondary point of contact for Precision Image Conversions Field Service Techs in cases when the Senior Project Manager is not available.
13.
Survey signage as required.
This could be done by techs but may be required of this position as well.

Compensation $52-60,000 per year based on experience (Base and Bonus combined) 2 weeks paid vacation 7 days holiday pay Min 4 yrs in the sign industry or construction/project management.
Sign industry installation and service experience is heavily preferred.
