Summary:
The Plant Maintenance Technician will perform preventative maintenance and repairs as scheduled or required in order to attain maximum productivity and functionality in plant operations.
The employee in this role must have strong communication, observational, and operational skills with an unbending focus on safety.
Responsibly follow all procedures and policies with regards to repairs and maintenance.
Responsible to complete assigned tasks and projects in a highly effective, efficient, and safe manner.
Supports high performance in a professional healthcare and hospitality laundry environment through cleanliness and infection prevention.
Works in conjunction with operations to keep equipment operating at a high level of efficiency.
Projects and tasks may include, but are not limited to:
o Industrial equipment repair and/or maintenance o Construction type tasks (painting, patching holes, etc.
) o Electrical o Plumbing o Electronic Essential Duties and Other
Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence Completes tasks and projects as assigned and completes proper documentation as appropriate.

Preferred High School Diploma, Technical Certification, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
