A minimum of four years business related management experience in a middle management, administrative management, or project management position; or have a history of progressive upward movement in an organization.
A minimum of three years' experience in Human Resources management and an active professional certification.
Must have strong conflict resolution skills using open communication, emotional intelligence as well as leadership and presentation skills.
Use critical thinking skills to identify, analyze and solve problems systematically and objectively.
Detailed oriented, logical, and methodological approach to problem solving.
Basic and Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office Software Suite, e.
g.
, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint Proficient in use of computer and other specialized software or vendor application websites, benefits health and retirement, background checks, HRIS, Help Desk, HIPAA Secure Now, Policy Tech, Relias Training, and others.
Able to understand technical concepts and systems to assist in planning and problem solving.
Ability to learn new software with minimal training.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to complete administrative duties such as compiling data/reporting and other hands-on tasks.

Oversee all operations and business activities withing scope of responsibilities (Human Resources, Information Technology, Health Information Management and Pharmacy) as well as objectives in support of clinical business objectives.
Collaborate with other staff to identify solutions for various business/clinical objectives and challenges as well as day-to-day support, e.

, new clinical initiatives, job descriptions, compensation, performance management.
Improve operation systems, processes, and policies in support of the agency's mission - e.
g.
management reporting, information workflows, business processes and organizational planning.
Ensures all procedures, policies, and areas of compliance are administered and adhered to by staff.
