Must be an experienced Nail Technician with a valid Oklahoma Master Instructor License and have a minimum of three years of field experience with natural and acrylic nail enhancements.
Must have experience in massage techniques, arm, hand, leg, and foot anatomy, manicuring, pedicuring, and various artificial nail applications.
Strong verbal communication abilities, customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to operate nail technology equipment.

Primary Responsibilities Keep current on trends and styles as related to Nail Technology Ensure the safety of students at all times Perform a variety of instructional assistance, tutoring, and related support functions within the field of study Study, evaluate, and recommend the adoption of textbooks, teaching aids, and materials to improve instruction Assist students in understanding the basic fundamentals of various aspects of the subject material Monitor and assist with a variety of laboratory activities for students at various levels of proficiency Prepare, operate, maintain, and demonstrate classroom and laboratory equipment and materials Assist students with classroom and laboratory assignments, exercises and tests Document student grades and attendance in Transcript Be familiar with the rules and regulations of the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology and other accrediting bodies affiliated with Clary Sage Make instructor observations to promote professional improvement in the classroom Provide students with individualized or small group assistance, guidance, and study strategies for the development and improvement of basic skills Enforce consistency with the syllabus, lesson plans, and other module components, explain and clarify learning activities to students Support student retention by reviewing individual completion of learning activities, monitoring attendance, and contacting students as necessary Responsible for keeping inventory and purchasing supplies as needed for the program being taught Benefits Health insurance Dental Vision Life insurance Generous PTO policy Personal days Paid holidays Birthday holiday Bereavement Volunteer day Educational Assistance Program 401k Retirement Plan 401k match Discounted gym membership Free monthly services Community service benefit Quick Apply.
