This position is accountable for operating the C.

scanner, transportation of patients to and from the department, managing the daily schedule.
Should be able to start an IV line to administer contrast fluid.
Must be able to handle patient support equipment, i.

IV pump, O2, etc.
The incumbent helps clean rooms, helps order supplies, transmit images to the PACS,, assist physicians with invasive procedures, provides basic patient care, and some light clerical work.
Must be available for 24-hour call back with 45 minute response time.
The incumbent must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his or her age-specific needs, and to provide the care needed as described in the department's competency plan.
Requirements:
Education 2 year associate degree License / Certification ARRT (required) / CT(preferred) BLS Experience Less than one year Quick Apply.
