We are an innovative Japanese dining destination that serves ramen, donburi, and small plates with high-quality, select ingredients.

Responsibilities:
Understands the restaurant menu to engage customers on choosing menu items and able to answer customer's questions.
Guides customers through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
Job Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable, or ability obtain, where applicable.
