4 Full-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description Overview Under general supervision of the Technical Service Manager, responsible for securing, maintaining and monitoring the health of the workstation and mobile computing environment for Osage Casinos.
The Desktop architect will develop zero touch migration solutions, packages applications, creates automation scripts, configures group policy, and serves as third level support for Desktop related technical issues.
Work closely with peers to ensure seamless delivery of desktop services and stability of PC environment.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, IT, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in supporting the Client Operating Systems (e.
g.
Microsoft Vista, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 or Linux/Unix) and User Productivity systems like (e.
g.
Microsoft Office 200x).
2 years or more experience in desktop design and delivery of operational desktop services in an enterprise environment Or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.
Proven experience in application packaging and deployment.
Quality driven and proven ability to seamlessly delivery desktop and application delivery services.
Working knowledge of Windows desktop OS and registry.
Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory group policy and security templates for organization units.
Lead and mentor the qualities that foster an environment of customer service, delivery of quality services, and tenacious troubleshooting.
Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation gaming license.
Required to maintain a valid Driver's License.
Required to provide documents to show the applicant is eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities JOB DUTIES:
Provide expert knowledge and leadership in the planning and delivery of enterprise services for workstations, applications and mobile devices.
Develop, maintain and support of the organization's desktop and laptop images.
Plan, organize and deliver zero touch migration solutions, software distribution packages applications, creates automation scripts to manage the workstation environment via enterprise software deployment systems.
(like SCCM, AppV, Tivoli, Kace) Automates tasks through scripting, tools and technology to simplify system management, and trouble-shooting.
Creation of technical and operational documentation as it relates to client application installation, configuration, on-going client maintenance, troubleshooting and other related job duties.
Manage group policy objects controlling the workstations and printers in Active Directory.
Manage delivery of required patches to workstations using patch management software.
Serve as a Mobile Device Administrator to manage, monitor, track, and audit mobile devices that connect to the Osage network.
Providing escalated technical support to employees by handling systems-related issues and analyzing and resolving support deficiencies.
Performs maintenance and conducts health checks to ensure optimal end-user equipment performance.
Manages relationships with functional teams to consistently deliver product releases in a timely, organized, and staged manner across multiple platforms to meet customer expectations.
Manages Change Control process enforcing approval, notification and implementation SOPs for audit compliance.
Working effectively and proactively with all cross-functional groups including application support, marketing, networking, and storage Interacts with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors on Microsoft related issues and products.
Recommends, schedules, and performs PC infrastructure related improvements, upgrades, and/or purchases.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by conducting research, attending seminars, educational workshops, classes and conferences; reviewing professional publications; establishing networks; participating in professional societies; conferring with representatives of contracting agencies and related organizations.
Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.
Performs other duties as required.

Stays informed of company information and communications by reviewing all e-mails, digital boards and SharePoint.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE:
Maintains excellent working relationships with other Company staff and all applicable regulatory commissions and other agencies as may be applicable to ensure compliance.
Performs all duties in accordance with company core values, objectives of the Osage Nation, internal policies and procedures, as well, as applicable laws and gaming regulations, including but not limited to, the state-tribal compact, IGRA, MICS, ONGR, the Bank Secrecy Act, Office of Foreign Asset Control, USA Patriot Act and Privacy Act.
Qualifications KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of MIS and IT concepts, principles, and practices; computer operations and user environments; and Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Project.
Solid understanding of standard client/server, and networking fundamentals.
Knowledge of current industry protocols, standards/ best practices and technologies for end device management including mobility Knowledge of NIGC MICS, ONGC Regulations, departmental, and organizational policy and procedures.
Knowledge of federal copyright laws as they pertain to the use of computer software.
Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
Knowledge of computer security procedures and protocol.
Knowledge of a broad range of relevant multi-user computer systems, applications, and/or equipment.
Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
Skill in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment.
Skill in examining and evaluating operations and developing and/or re-engineering operating strategies, systems, and procedures.
Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
Ability to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot system software.
Ability to make financial evaluations and proposals regarding current and/or future hardware and software capabilities/requirements.
Ability to design, develop, and implement integrated software systems solutions to organizational requirements.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
