K&A also provides a one year distance dietetic internship based out of Tulsa, OK, which gives our own dietitians the opportunity to be preceptors to interns here in Oklahoma.
Keith & Associates is looking for Registered Dietitians who would be willing to work in the Lawton, OKC, Tulsa and McAlester areas.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead and direct nutritional care of residents, patients and clients in both in patient and outpatient settings.
Educate patients and family members as well as facility/agency staff in concepts of nutrition and diet modifications, provide individual and group nutrition education, Staff training and in-services Evaluates and approves patient menus and approves modified diets Assist the Food Service Manager as needed Conduct food service quality assurance to comply with state and federal requirements Attend interdisciplinary team care meetings, rounds, etc.
and collaborate with Physicians, Psychiatrists, OT, ST, Nursing and Nutrition Team.
Participate in Quality Improvement projects
