Enterprise Project Manager

Leads cross-functional teams of more than 15 associates on multi-million dollar and multi-year enterprise initiatives. Ensures timely and accurate completion of assigned duties and responsibilities of the team members to meet the project leadership expectations. The Enterprise Project Manager is accountable and responsible for managing all processes within the entire project lifecycle utilizing waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies. Responsible for completing project plans, managing scope and budgets, and will manage issues and risks and help the team to remove roadblocks through appropriate stakeholder management. Participates in business requirements, user stories, and ensure that all quality testing events are completed prior to technical and commercial launches. Leads team members in functional areas, third party vendors and those assigned during the duration of a project to ensure timely completion of project deliverables. Conducts risk monitoring and controls during a project's duration to ensure ability to achieve expected outcomes, on time and on budget. Prepares project documents:
project plan, and obtains appropriate level of approval for each document for projects and/or sub teams assigned to ensure appropriate understanding of expectations among all involved organizational levels. Develops project cost estimates and budgets for assigned projects and initiates cost control measures to ensure projects budgets are met. Communicates project status to team and business owners throughout the duration of the assignment and post implementation to make certain all impacted stakeholders have an understanding of risks, issues and activities related to the project. Provide weekly progress report to Project Stakeholders and the leadership team through weekly PMO project review meetings. Consolidate and analyze the status on project tracks, financials, deliverables, milestones, issues, and risks affecting projects. Resource and assign responsibilities and project objectives for project teams, set deadlines, assist with impact analysis, project dependencies, and track changes to requirements through the established CR process. Ensure that changes to projects are documented and communicated to the project stakeholders and the leadership team. Conduct After Action Reviews, performance feedbacks, and retrospectives as needed throughout the project lifecycle This associate will generally be responsible for managing projects with the following criteria:
Revenue or cost responsibility more than $1M per project; Typically last approximately 1 year or more; Complex enterprise engineering, IT or business initiatives involving around 10 or more different departments within functional areas; Projects that include launches of new wireless products and services, new technical platforms, helping the organization meet legislative mandates, and other critical strategic initiatives Project teams typically involve more than 15 associates, contractors, third party vendors and may include external stakeholders; Concurrently lead 2-3 multi-year projects of multi-million dollar in value. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required Three or more years of project management experience required. Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile project methodologies is preferred. Two or more years of supply chain, product development or other business operational experience required. Experience managing high risk and high profile enterprise projects through a complete project life-cycle preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required Passionate problem-solver with demonstrated success in developing and leading cross-functional, high-performance teams. Proven track record in rolling out technology projects is preferred
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
