About the Role You will serve as a strategic partner and work with the Credit Business Group to improve asset quality reporting aspects. You will interact with Business Group Executives, Senior Credit Administration, BOKF management, Credit Committee, and the Board of Directors. You will play a vital role in identifying risk enhancement and/or credit decision opportunities and projections of the impact of proposed management actions. What You Can Expect You are responsible for the supervision of asset quality reporting and analysis for the assigned Business Group of the Bank. You will provide credit, asset quality, and management information to division managers for decision and performance measurement purposes. You will monitor and analyze Business Group asset quality performance (trends, benchmarks, and forecasted variances in loan growth, credit quality, and loan concentrations). How You'll Spend Your Time You will develop tools for monitoring credit risk for the Business Group, emphasizing the timely capture and report of asset quality changes. You will read and comprehend technical accounting and reporting pronouncements for specialized industries such as energy, commercial real estate and healthcare activities. You will coordinate and/or participate in special projects as required by Credit Administration and executive management (e.g. stress testing, special management reporting, benchmarking, and peer analysis). You leverage your proficiencies to learn our systems, processes, and procedures. Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 9
years of work related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA required. Comprehensive/in-depth knowledge of accounting and GAAP (including SEC & regulatory reporting requirements) Comprehensive/in-depth knowledge of accounting and reporting methodologies employed in financial institutions, including management application of business information in decision making processes (with specialized knowledge in credit risk implications) Comprehensive/in-depth knowledge of risk analysis concepts and application, including those related to credit risk and underlying accounting. In-depth knowledge of national banking laws, regulations, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Bank advisory letters and circulars Extensive knowledge of techniques and models used in estimating the allowance for credit loss Extensive knowledge and understanding of commercial lending policy, procedures and loan documentation requirements Thorough knowledge of the Loan Grading Process, loan portfolio management techniques, and concentration reporting Extensive knowledge of specialized Business Group operations and internal control designs Excellent knowledge of PC-based applications (databases, spreadsheets, word processors, utilities, operating systems) Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Risk & Quantitative AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
