No legal or law firm experience required.
A successful candidate will be curious and ready to learn.
Must be able to work on projects independently, be organized and a problem solver, have strong computer and Microsoft Office Suite skills, and a great attitude for customer service.
This is an in-person role, Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm with a 1 hour lunch.
2 weeks PTO and paid holidays if the office is closed.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include answering phones, interacting with clients, potential clients, other attorneys, and court personnel, managing deadlines, court dates, and attorney schedule, handling correspondence, file management, courthouse filing, copying and scanning, and special projects.
This is a role that will be very collaborative with the attorney supervisor.
The right candidate will have the opportunity to shape their duties and responsibilities and grow with the firm.
Must have transportation with current insurance and a valid driver's license.
Qualifications - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Possess a valid driver's license - Strong computer skills - Excellent customer service skills - Previous customer service experience is a plus - Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
