Tenstreet is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Over the past few years we've taken our unique software solutions into an additional vertical.
We've tailored our software for the Construction industry, and we are excited about growing that team! On the construction side we help our clients eliminate the risk of required documents expiring or falling through the cracks and help them more readily meet OSHA and federal and state compliance obligations, as well as insurance requirements.
Easy in-app messaging improves our construction clients communication, reinforces tailgate meetings, and keeps their entire crew working together.
Construction Software Account Executive
Summary:
Software Account Executives generate new revenue by working prospective clients through the sales cycle primarily through Zoom, phone and email.
Travel:
In this role you will be required to travel to client sites, conferences, industry events and to the Tulsa office.
So, we estimate it would be 50% travel.
As a Software Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating with the SDR team to develop and grow the sales pipeline and closing leads they schedule on your behalf.
Identifying key decision makers within these prospective clients.
Discovering ways Tenstreet Construction can add value to prospective clients.
Conducting demos and presenting Tenstreet solutions (via Zoom, phone and email) that will make life better and provide value for prospects.
Closing new business and achieving or exceeding monthly quotas.
Fostering relationships with key players on all teams (internally and externally).
Taking the initiative to be educated on new Tenstreet products as they are developed.
Uncover ways Tenstreet might improve processes or products that add value to our clients and positively impact retention.
Following up with potential clients that you might have lost contact with.
Developing your own lead sources Constantly honing your craft as a salesperson.
You may be a fit if:
You're a strong communicator and easily build rapport over the phone.
You have 3
years of solid sales experience with an emphasis on new product adoption.
Experience selling in the Construction field, with a demonstrated track record of success.
You have experience with Sugar CRM and/or SalesLoft (or other sales tools).
You teach yourself new things on a computer daily.
You can clearly and confidently communicate relatively complex ideas so they are easily understood via Zoom, phone and email.
You're a highly motivated, self-starter, able to effectively work and collaborate with various internal teams.
You like exceeding goals.
You deal positively with obstacles and failure in pursuit of challenging goals.
You have a tenacious focus on adding value to clients and gain energy from closing new business.
