Territory Account Executive

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Outside Sales team.
AVA is an innovative service provider that serves as the exclusive concierge for residents in apartment communities, providing personalized experiences like no other.
We help apartments with the onboarding of new residents and help move people to a better place in life.
The goal of the Territory Account Executive, or AVA Ambassador as we like to call it, is to manage and expand the property footprint within a designated territory.
Youll accomplish this by building relationships with local leasing agents and property managers while selling the benefits of our services for their tenants.
Responsibilities will include:
o Visit properties within your assigned territory and form strong relationships.
Schedule and host sales events and coordinate with other sales channels to drive growth.
Working autonomously with little day-to-day supervision.
Meet and exceed specific lead and sales targets.
RequirementsRequired
Qualifications:
o Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards Reliable transportation and valid drivers license Excellent negotiating and problem-solving skills Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
