The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
This role is perfect for someone with prior experience in a small to midsize organization, who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Perform first-level IT support related activities on incidents and requests on the use of company technologies and services (e.
g.
desktops/laptops, printers, etc.
) either remotely or on-site/in-person.
Provisioning Active Directory user accounts and assigning O365 licensing.
Take charge on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and phone systems.
Provide both remote and onsite support across multiple physical locations, covering 600 Windows 10 computers.
Utilize NinjaRMM to monitor the environment and address issues in a timely manner.
Confirm backups, address security issues, ensure vulnerabilities are addressed.
Skills and Experience Demonstrated initiative, self-reliance, and proactive approach required.
Excellent troubleshooting skills are required.
Knowledge of operating systems and networking technologies and concepts desired.
Experience with and practical knowledge of networking equipment.
Ability to assess IT needs, implement solutions, and provide training to end-users.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with Azure Virtual servers is preferred.
Experience supporting O365 and Exchange online.
Knowledge of CRM software (e.
g.
NetSuite, Salesforce) is desired.
