Location:
Tulsa, OK Start date:
30-60 days.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm, no weekends.
Duties:
Will provide home visits to Medicare Care patients.
Patient Population:
Geriatrics / HIgh-Risk / Medicare patients Support:
Full Staff PPD:
5-7 visits per day Salary:
$135,000
Bonus (Very competitive)
