Shift Engineer (Part-Time 3p-11p)(Part-Time 7a-3p)
Montereau is currently seeking a first class limited stationary engineer to work 3pm-11pm.
Description:
The shift engineer is responsible for the overall maintenance operation of the facility including all mechanical monitoring and preventive maintenance to facility environmental equipment; to include chillers, boilers, air handlers, fan coil units, and life safety systems.
Requirements:
o 1st Class Operators License with City of Tulsao 2 yrs.
previous experience preferredo Strong mechanical aptitude, and desire to learn operational systems and subsystems o Effective communications, teamwork and customer service skillso Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and multi-tasko Ability to interact professionally with varied resident-customers and employeeso Ability to stand and walk short and long distances for extended periods of time and be able to lift, pull, move and/or carry objects up to 50 pounds; ability to climb ladderso Valid Oklahoma driver's license and satisfactory requirements on a MVR check Recommended Skills Adaptability Communication Customer Service Maintenance Mechanical Aptitude Multitasking Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
