Customer Service:
Greet clients warmly, listen to their needs, and ensure they have a positive experience throughout their visit.
Address any concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Appointment Scheduling:
Manage the salon's appointment book, coordinating bookings for hair stylists, colorists, and other salon services efficiently.
Make reminder calls or send SMS notifications to clients about upcoming appointments.
Payment Processing:
Handle cash, credit card transactions, or electronic payments accurately and securely.
Issue receipts and process tips for salon services.
Product Knowledge:
Be familiar with the salon's product offerings, including hair care products, skin care and styling tools, to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
Phone and Email Communication:
Answer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries promptly and courteously.
Provide information about services, pricing, and salon policies.
Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Suggest additional services or products that align with the client's needs to enhance their salon experience and increase sales.
Salon Maintenance:
Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
Ensure the waiting area is comfortable and well-stocked with reading materials and refreshments.
Multitasking:
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as attending to clients, managing appointments, and assisting the salon staff with their needs.
Problem-Solving:
Be resourceful in finding solutions to scheduling conflicts, client requests, or any other issues that may arise during salon operations.
Team Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with the salon's hairdressers, stylists, and other staff members to coordinate client services and address any concerns.
