Supervisor, Individual Placement and Support (IPS)

$55K annual salary!Full benefit package- Medical, Dental, Vision and more!33 Paid days off 1st year!The IPS Supervisor position works collaboratively with the WJP Employment & Education Director and is responsible for supervision, management, and success of IPS staff, managing program operations, including working with other F&CS programs, community partners, and others in the program's external client care system.
Ensure quality service, provide case consultation, encouraging a continuous learning environment, and developing self and employees for success and high performance.
This position also promotes adherence to high fidelity standards of the Individual Placement & Support evidence-based practice and collaborates with state-level technical assistants.
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's Degree in the Social Service/Behavioral Health or Medical field in a social science or mental health specialty Must have 2-5 years' management and supervision experience or 2-5 years experience with IPS.
Requires Oklahoma Case Management level II certification or ability to attain within 30 days of hire.
Must possess a Drivers License and use personal and agency automobiles to travel to locations other than primary office.
