About the role A product technical support specialist who is responsible for the operations leadership of the UK support team and also the delivery of the product support services of that team.
You will be managing and coaching the team on best practices, establishing continuous improvement while also maintaining governance to the highest standard.
Your role will be to provide remote product technical support to customers where you obtain a solid understanding of the customer issue, diagnose, and provide an appropriate solution.
You will be maintaining up-to-date and relevant technical knowledge of Objective solutions and the environments in which they run.
Your day will include technical support ownership of designated customers and building a positive relationship.
To be set up for success you will need to have had 2
years experience managing a small team This is a great opportunity to work with a global managed services team.
The majority of the team are based in our Sydney office, with personnel also based in our Wellington NZ, Singapore and Reading UK offices.

years experience as a team leader or managing people
3
years in a post sales role in delivering technical support services to external customers
Sound knowledge of Sql, Windows/ Unix Operating system
Experience with one of the programming language - Java/ C+
and a repository system like MS SharePoint
Knowledge of Web/ Application serverThis role is based in our Reading Office.
