Responsibilities:
Operates as a subject matter expert on modeling and application, statistical and data analysis, analysis methodology, reporting and ESG / financial impact analysis.
Develops timely analyses and reports for ESG related requests.
Explores and wrangles data to understand data structures, hierarchies, and dependencies in support of creating reusable data for the enterprise.
Works with Enterprise Data Governance to understand data domains, data classifications and relevant data standards and policies.
Profiles data and assesses quality, usability with an understanding of data content and context.
Develops metrics and gathers data to understand and measure data usability, reuse and value generation.
Documents data and data products as needed to promote usability of data.
Delivers effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership, creates visual displays of quantitative information.
Provides support, researches application and data issues, identifies deficiencies and/or data integrity issues and proposes remediation solutions.
Partners with IT to develop and automate reports and dashboard to provide insights at scale and solve for analytical needs as well as creating data extracts and identifies opportunities for optimization of data integration processes between all supported software.
Assist IT in development of process and data optimization including automation and data visualization.
Consistently follows standard work processes, documentation and model governance requirements.
Recommends improvement to work processes to increase efficiency while maintaining quality of work.
Continuously improves technical and leadership skills through training and development.
Fundamental understanding of project management and generates project plans, as needed, on small to medium sized projects.
Conducts meetings, tracks status and milestones and provides management with summarized and actionable updates.
Knowledge and experience with Agile Project Management and SCRUM practices preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (or similar degree) Expertise with Data and Analytics tools and concepts including (but not limited toPlotly, ) Power BI, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, facts, dimensions, and data modeling is expected Minimum of five years of direct experience in the data analytics space Functional knowledge of blending physics with analytics Exceptional in SQL Must have familiarity with AWS serverless tooling Must have experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines Experience with Python and PySpark is preferred Understanding of AGILE and other SDLCs is required Familiarity leveraging data analytic tools to analyze data from multiple sources including historical, real-time, structured / unstructured from internal, external and cloud-based sources Self-motivated, detail oriented and organized with the ability to work mostly independently under the high-level direction of management is preferred Self-motivated, highly ethical, with an ability to work and lead projects with minimal supervision Technical knowledge and ability to easily converse with developers and 3rd parties being a plus Healthy obsession with data driven decision-making Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving growth environment and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experienced in collaborating with stakeholders and influencing people without formal authority Effective team player who takes an active role in team responsibilities.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is normally performed in a climate-controlled environment, where exposure to conditions of extreme heat/cold, poor ventilation, fumes and gases is very limited.
Noise level is moderate and includes sounds of a normal office environment.
No environmental hazards are encountered in performance of normal job duties.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work normally requires finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination to operate computer keyboard at moderate skill level.
Work may require occasional pushing, pulling, or carrying 20-pound objects such as files, documents, boxes, etc.
Work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve standing and walking for brief periods.
Minimal travel is required.
