Quick Apply Full-time 8 hours ago Full Job Description HR360, LLC is looking for a highly organized, energetic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who thrives in a fast-paced environment to contribute directly to all functional HR responsibilities.
The HRBP will partner with management to ensure effective delivery of core HR processes, compliance with federal and state laws as well as policies and procedures, and continued growth and retention of employees and organizational growth.

$65,000 - $80,000 based on experience As a HRBP, you will partner with managers to administer:
The recruitment and selection process for new hires including creating job descriptions, posting positions, screening and evaluating candidates, and preparing and making offers of employment.
Processing, reviewing, and analyzing background, credit, and motor vehicle records checks.
Onboarding of new hires.
Employee benefit plans (enrollment of benefits, termination of benefits, employee questions, liaison between employees and insurance carriers, and reconciliation of monthly insurance statements).
Processing of employee status changes.
Documentation of employee disciplinary actions (verbal coaching, verbal warnings, written warnings, and last chance agreements).
Employee performance reviews at 90 days and annually.
Investigation and documentation of employee incidents, complaints, and allegations.
Employee terminations including preparation and delivery of Separation Notices.
Responses to unemployment claims as well as facilitation of and participation in unemployment hearings, including testimony preparation.
Workers' compensation claims, including submission to insurance carrier.
Development and facilitation of manager training (compliance, harassment, discrimination, safety, etc.
).
Updates to the Employee Handbook for legal compliance.
Creation and implementation of current and new policies and procedures.
Strategic planning, development, and legal compliance with employee positions and pay.
Collection and analyzation of data to formulate recommendations based on data trends and insights.
Communication materials (e.
g.
, PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, organizational charts, emails, letters, and other employment-related correspondence) Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources (required).
5-7 years of progressive experience in HR roles as a direct contributor to multiple HR functions (required).
Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
SHRM certification (preferred).
Experience and proficiency with HRIS Systems (Paylocity preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
Strong customer service, problem solving and resolution skills.
Proven ability to multi-task and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information.
Exercise good judgment.
Proven ability to understand business goals with design and implementation of new approaches, policies and procedures for continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR.
Proven bias for action as evidenced through proactive, innovative, and value-creating solution implementation.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity within a complex, dynamic, and rapidly changing business environment.
