Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator supports marketing operations by managing project requests and social media while maintaining excellent customer relationships. This position also provides administrative support to the marketing & recruitment team. No supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities/
Essential Functions:
Manage all stages of Marketing and Communications project requests through an internal ticketing system, providing excellent customer service throughout the process while managing expectations and deadlines. Work with marketing team to assign tasks, coordinate work schedules and ensure proper communications.
Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to create a variety of messages and deliverables to diverse audiences and languages.
Provide updates for social media channels, analyze and report on results and trends, maintain editorial calendar for social media including working with site staff, F&CS and internal departments to be aware of upcoming events.
Assist in the maintenance of internal and external communication materials including but not limited to: newsletters, on-line communications, marketing materials, internal and external websites. Utilize website content management system (CMS) and design tools to make content updates.
Manage communications with external vendors and internal departments to prepare print specifications for print jobs and to secure media buys.
Assist with budget tracking and submission of departmental budgets; resolve billing discrepancies with vendors.
Provide administrative support to the Marketing & Recruitment teams, including ordering all departmental materials and supplies via an on-line purchasing system, maintaining inventory levels for materials and supplies, sorting and packing of recruitment materials, obtaining approvals, working with vendors, and working within departmental budgets.
Utilize call blast system and push notifications to send approved communications to families and/or employees, including arrangement for translated messages.
Assist team with committee and event management by scheduling meetings, taking and distributing meeting notes, posting surveys, provide reports, working at events, etc.
Create and maintain a media and advertising archive.
Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Required Education/Experience
Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications or related field is required.
Two years of prerequisite related work experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proven project management skills
Must maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data
Ability to follow oral and written instructions and interpret and present information effectively.
Must have positive and team-oriented interpersonal skills to maintain effective and satisfactory working relationships with CAP staff, internal and external customers.
Must have advanced MS Office skills including ability to use MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience with editing via a content management system and design tools, WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
Advanced organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize, demonstrated commitment to completing assignments on a timely basis, ability to take initiative, multi-task and work well under pressure.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
