Summary: Perform maintenance of facilities and properties in Tulsa and remote locations as needed. Job
Responsibilities: 1.Perform maintenance and minor repairs for facilities in Tulsa and other terminal locations.20% 2.Oversee and troubleshoot HVAC problems.15% 3.Oversee contracted janitorial service and purchase of cleaning supplies.2% 4.Maintain lawn care & sprinkler systems.15% 5.Keep up parking lot areas and coordinate trash disposal.5% 6.Perform daily grounds and building inspections.5% 7.Maintain laundry area, equipment and supplies.5% 8.Purchase light bulbs, a/c filters and any other minor parts for repair.2% 9.Operate the forklift. A lot of the daily clean up may require using the forklift and portable dumpster.5% 10.Coordinate signage issues, both external and internal.1% 11.Various other duties as requested.15% 12.Inventory and maintain company tools.5%Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
