Summary:
Manage the daily operations of Family Advancement programs focused on achieving family economic success, as well as any new programs implemented. Build and oversee the transition plan for specific lines of business in Family Advancement department to align business practices with the agency's dual-generation approach. Applies professional/managerial principles and judgment, within overall direction established by senior management. Solves complex technical or strategic problems; applies technology or business approaches in new ways; develops and recommends new alternatives. Regular interaction to communicate or negotiate important agreements, requiring considerable tact, sense of timing and the ability to engender trust, plus sensitivity to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities/
Essential Functions:
Manage program staffs day-to-day operations and monitor staff's works plans
Ensure programs maintain compliance with grant requirements, develop performance metrics for new and existing programs and review and manage program
Collaborate with Director, Family Advancement and Innovation Lab on new programs/initiatives that may transfer into Family Advancement
Communicate effectively with program partners to identify needs and develop solutions to achieve goals and attend project training/best practices workshop as needed
Oversee Free Tax Preparation Program to ensure program objectives are met. Develop and implement an annual tax season plan which includes, but not limited to, site recommendations, budget analyses, marketing and outreach and program goal setting
Manage program budgets, including budget forecasting and reporting, and financial compliance according to all grant requirements for Family Advancement
Collaborate with key partners to coordinate program specifics to promote participant advancement. Key partners include, but are not limited to, Tulsa Community College, Tulsa Technology Center, Union Public Schools, and Tulsa Public Schools and other programs as designated
Facilitate the coordination of researchers and CAP staff to carry out both the long and short term project impact and evaluation plan
Perform other duties as assigned or requested
Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in human services management, marketing, business planning or administration field
5 years of prerequisite related work experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Must have proven successful interpersonal relationship skills to maintain effective and satisfactory working relationships with intra-department and inter-department staff, vendors, clients, visitors, and contractors.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions with ability to read, interpret, and present information efficiently and effectively.
Must be able to accurately audit records and ensure compliance with written or oral guidelines.
Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work well under pressure.
Must maintain strict confidentiality of extremely sensitive data, records, files, conversations, etc. Intermediate-Advanced MS Office skills, working knowledge of accounting and budgeting practices.
Advanced organizational skills, efficiency skills and excellent attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to completing assignments on a timely basis.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
