Job Description Summary
Coordinates the Assembly and Cell operations and develops manufacturing and assembly methods to effectively achieve economical, timely and quality production.
Responsibilities
Selects, evaluates, motivates and develops employees to ensure a qualified workforce necessary to meet company objectives while complying with EEO and Affirmative Action guidelines. Conducts performance reviews according to schedule, providing fair and accurate assessment of employee performance, training needs, areas for improvement and possibility of future growth within the organization.
Develops manufacturing and assembly methods and oversees implementation of these methods in order to produce products which meet specifications, quality standards and time standards.
Maintains production schedules to make the most efficient use of equipment capabilities, capacities and personnel.
Initiates requests and justification for machinery and equipment to ensure a modern machinery and equipment program.
Assists in the development of budgets and labor forecasts and ensures adherence to approved budgets.
Remains abreast of new developments in machinery, equipment, procedures and techniques; researches and designs new tooling and fixtures, and formulates cost reduction techniques, ensuring production of high quality products at the lowest price.
Actively supports the Corporate HSE initiative by holding HSE meetings in accordance with Corporate HSE Plan. Develops safe work environment and promotes the use of personal protective equipment and safe work habits for employees. Participates in emergency drills, training, inspections, and incident investigations. Reports incidents and initiates corrective action when necessary. Ensures housekeeping standards are adequate to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
High school graduate or equivalent Bachelors degree preferred.
Five years diversified experience in heavy manufacturing operations.
Supervisory experience preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
