ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SUPERVISOR opportunity available with an Industrial Supply company in the Tulsa area This position will supervise, train and coordinate the activities of the Accounts Payable processors. This position will supervise and process a high volume of accounts payable invoices. Our client has a strong benefit package along growth opportunity.
Qualifications and
Responsibilities:
4 year degree preferred but will consider a 2 year degree
Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Spreadsheets) - SAP and/or ERP a plus
2
years experience in a high volume and fast paced environment in supervision
Manage Vendor Payment Terms-Ensure that all payment terms are established, reconcile monthly statements, manage vendor discounts, vendor inquiries, etc.
Manage all Accounts Payable Processors in their department including training
Experience in analyzing work flow and making improvements
Strong communication skills with internal management as well as vendors (purchasing, buyers, etc.)
Assist with monthly closingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
