8% annual target bonus, no relo, targeting 4-6 years
The position provides expertise in preparing and/or reviewing financial information for external reporting and/or management reporting. The position will handle a diverse range of complex assignments requiring the use of experience, innovation and judgment. Plans and conducts work requiring independent evaluation and assumes responsibility for contribution to the success of a project. The work may involve any of the following:
Lead or manage complex projects by designing strategy and allocation of resources that will most likely be multi discipline or of high complexity and risk
Implement change management techniques to encourage staff to recognize and implement required changes in processes which will facilitate standardization of management reporting and analysis.
Generate a complete set of financial statements for a Non-Regulated reporting segment
Analyze business transactions of moderate complexity and recognize appropriate accounting treatment.
Utilize a broad depth of expertise in accounting discipline and related disciplines to advise on and recommend accounting solutions to highly complex problems which have a broad impact on the business. This includes consultation with customers in order to develop innovative solutions to customer issues.
Perform the analysis and preparation of monthly expense trends compared to prior month actual results, budget and forecast targets.
Provide expertise in compiling, analyzing and interpreting financial information for management decision making.
Complete and deliver items requested by external and internal auditors.
o Assists internal customers with a variety of coding questions
o Performs analysis necessary for the monthly closing meetings, quarterly filings and internal management reports.
Handle a diverse range of complex assignments requiring the use of experience, innovations and judgment.
Provide functional advice or training to other accountants.
Review, recommend and provide leadership regarding process improvements related to accounting with intent to improve efficiency, effectiveness and position the organization to successfully fulfill its regulatory and financial obligations and requirements
May oversee the preparation of documents for various filings and studies especially as it relates to SEC filings and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field of study. CPA preferred.
At least 4-6 years of related work experience preferred
Prefer previous industry related experience

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
