StatSoft provides a complementary solution to Dell's existing portfolio of database management, data integration, data replication, and analytic offerings to create a stronger information management portfolio that specifically addresses predictive analysis.
As a member of the Technical Services Department, you will provide telephone, e-mail, and fax support to potential and current clients regarding the STATISTICA suite of analytics software products and solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to work closely with development and quality assurance personnel in testing and reporting issues with the software.

Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with technical and sales support
Assisting with ongoing outside projects
Teaching seminars both in Tulsa and throughout U.S.
Performing on-site consulting services
Custom application development for clients
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Engineering or MIS and 2-4 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 0-2 years relevant experience.
Extensive familiarity with statistics
Ability to multi-task
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Preferences :
A Master's degree in Statistics or a related field is preferred.
Background in technical support/customer service
Working knowledge of computer hardware would be helpful
