Job Title:Custom Dec Dispatcher / Receiver

The Dispatcher/Receiver receives all of the newly ordered custom window treatments at the store and keeps them organized in the appropriate storage area prior to installation. They also handle all of the Installer's schedules and routes to ensure the customer gets their merchandise installed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Receiving - You are the go-to person when it comes to orders and merchandise in the staging site. You receive the product and place it in the appropriate storage area(s). You update the specific customer's files, keep merchandise organized and perform regular inventory to make everything is where it needs to be.
Establishing Schedules - You love figuring out the best possible way to get things and people to where they need to be. There are lots of different orders for lots of different customers in lots of different places at lots of different times, so you are operating systems frequently to keep all of the information in order. Your Installers need your expertise to ensure they and the merchandise are where they need in the most complete and efficient way possible.
Assisting Customers - You do whatever you can to make the customer experience great for external customers and internal team members. You listen, you help, you educate and you make them want to come back.
Skills and Characteristics:
Team Communication - You have the ability to multi-task in your communications as you're on the phone with customers and team members in the field all the time.
Time Management - You execute efficiently and effectively, leveraging technology whenever possible to get the job done on time.
Detail Orientation - You dot all the is and cross all the ts from start to finish starting when a customer's merchandise arrives in the staging site through the installation of each decorating project.
Attitude - You are a glass half-full type of person. You can take any situation and make it positive.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
