BASIC FUNCTION:
Under supervision, this position is responsible for escalated inquires for Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug and Medicare Part D Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Illinois. Research, interpret, and resolve escalated inquires, working independently and consistently meeting both internal and external customer needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1) High school diploma OR GED.
2) 2 years customer service experience in a health care or insurance environment.
3) Experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
4) Knowledge of HCSCs customer issue protocols.
5) Experience handling escalated customer issues.
6) Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
7) Interpersonal and analytical skills.
8) Data entry and/or typing experience.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1) Call monitoring and auditing experience.
This position is located in Tulsa, OK.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
