Overview:
Manages the development, reporting and interpretation of financial information for the Tulsa manufacturing facilities to support the attainment of regional and company objectives. Establishes accounting practices and procedures consistent with sound international/generally accepted accounting principles in accordance with regional and corporate policies. Assists with the development of the budgeting process.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manages the cost accounting function of raw materials, WIP and finished goods
Responsible for the analysis of Inventory Reserves
Determines product costing
Responsible for Manufacturing monthly close
Supports budgeting process
Responsible for Manufacturing year end activities including year-end cost roll and LIFO process
Responsible for preparation of year end audit schedules for external auditors
Assist in the ERP system Implementation and transition
Collects, updates and reviews all relevant manufacturing related financial and operational data
Ensures controls are in place to ensure accuracy of manufacturing accounting information
Investigates and analyzes Manufacturing variances
Performs financial analysis to effectively monitor all KPIs
Delivers weekly/monthly comprehensive variance analysis to management including budget to actual
Ensures timely and accurate reporting to Management
Responsible for job close process as well as Nonconforming vendor credit activities
Monitors the inventory cycle count process to ensure accuracy levels are accurate
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field is required. (CPA preferred but not required)

years of experience required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in the use of personal computer skills, Microsoft Excel and Word capability at the intermediate level or beyond. Cognos/TM1 experience helpful, but not required. ERP systems experience preferred.
Travel requirements should be minimalEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
